About the Event
Anxiety, depression, burn-out: Many people have experienced some sort of mental illness in their life. Some haven’t been aware of the symptoms and waited too long until going through a real breakdown. Others may have felt too ashamed to ask for support.
But how can we identify signals and symptoms? What are useful tools to implement in our daily lives? How can we destigmatize mental health issues at work, and in general, within our society?
At this event, you will meet inspiring women sharing their knowledge and experience on mental health.
