POLE DANCE CLASS
Dance instructor Tati Blue helps you to connect with yourself, opening up, experiencing new things and even giving a chance to the unfamiliar. We will grow into a group of wonderful women and move as a team. The body, the feeling and sexy movements are in the focus paired with the sports Pole Dance. At Pole Dance, many only think about nightclubs and striptease? Pole Dance is very versatile. Whether as dance training or fitness workout, it offers many facets. It is usually good to work out and sweat! Pole Dance also changes the body and body posture improves significantly.
Please bring comfortable clothes, including short pants.
The Devi founder Bernak Kharabi, Tati Blue and tba will discuss self-love, body positivity and female power. Why is it so hard to accept our bodies? What can be ways to embrace ourselves and feel more comfortable? How to give a f* about the opinions of others? How to be more confident in our daily lives? And why is it important to use our sexual power?
Space is limited, make sure to get your ticket early. Snacks & water will be provided.
